I know I know I know, been dead. well, long story. Got a job, which was pretty harcore, in child protection conferences. I've got some severe legislation deadlines so I've been busy and I've been also doing some very un-council worker travelling in Paris, Munich (Oktoberfest whooooo) and Berlin. So yeah, I'm real sorry guys, art has taken a back seat. If you send me a message I can send you a WIP of your request, but none have been finished to my satisfaction so i'm real sorry, i've kinda missed you guys! And I definatly miss my art, cant wait to sort my life out ASAP

oh, but might lose my job by jan, such is life, ahhh the recession. life is bittersweet, or shite. both. I'm a bit drunk, so yeah. Probably shouldnt be updating online journals like this.

I have no idea how to explain my past few weeks to you, only to apologise for my failing to get your artwork to you in a timely way since I know its been foreverrrrr... so so so sorry guys.

Basically, I'm trying to scrape a life in london (home with dad is no longer an option) but I cant get a job, i'm sponging off the bf (he is just the awesomest person ever to put up with my FAIL) aaaaand, yeah. Just trying to get a job and get by, this week I spent a 12 hour day working in a slot machine arcade in peckham in london - nastiest part of london ever, I was genuinely scared working with just a whole ton of leechy pervy unemployed obsessive gamblers.

So sorry guys, I barely have time and I'm suffering huge artblock right now from finding myself in a right proper life mess. I'm sure it'll all work out soon huh.

HEY EVERYONE!

I got my degree result back today, a 2:1, an upper second, in my dads eyes a FAIL becasue my sister got a first but boo hoo, but to everyone else a very good grade, second best. HA story of my life.

BUT ANAYWAY it doesnt matter becuase I am having my GLAM ROCK GUITAR HERO BIRTHDAY PARTY on saturday! WHOOOO! just bought a hideous outfit from an awesome shop by carnaby street in london (you SHOULD know where that is, kids) called beyond retro. The BF bought a black and orange skintight onesie. HOT.

so yeah... quick thought, why do men yell 'hey babe' and variations thereof, as you walk past in the street? Yeah. like I'm gonna stop turn around and have a polite conversation and dinner with a stranger just becuase he shouted some sleazy remark at me with a wink??? I used to be flattered but now it just gets annoying, I think its all the blonde hair, its a mans natural instinct to try and draw attention to himself.

Here's the dealio, I wanna get out of my conmfort zone, try a few new things, and I need you guys to motivate me to do it!

You CAN request: pets, usual and unusual animals, fantasy, OCs, anthros, fanart characters, digital work, traditional work, etc

You CANNOT request: anything dirty (ahahaha I just cant, ok? too weird) or anime/realistic human charaters unless I get really desperate, you can try asking but I'm unlikely to say yes, I have a massive art block when it comes to humans and I suck.

Because I'm doing this for free I'd really appreciate a little promotion in return? No pressure though, this is about me developing my skills, not popularity. But if you could spread the word about my free slots I'd love it!

Right, I'm gonna call it 10 slots, 7 are taken and I'll work my way down the list from first to last (might not be v. fast, girls got a job to do y'know?) I'm gonna update their statuses right here so keep an eye out.

sorry for abandoning everyone! I had to hand my password over while I did my exams so I wouldnt spend all my time on DA... I had soooo many messages when I came back! Thanks to everyone who faved and commented, much appreciated!

SO BIG NEWS TIME!!!! hope that caught everyones attention

I finsihed my degreeee!!! YAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYY! So I'm in london, moved in with my man (GASP VERY EXCITING) and I've decided to get my art up and running again!

SO .... heres the big point I'm trying to make... I'm taking requests! Freeeeee ones! PLEASE! I'd just love to get comissions going, but I realised I really dont think I have much of a representative sample of what people want, and people cant see what I can do. SO (again) please feel free to request whatever you like for a limited time only, I really enjoy making art for others if it makes them happy, and just share some love!

Plus I'm very poor and have no job so if afterwards you might wanna spread the word and help me get started on commissions in exchange for free artwork, it would really be much appreciated!

Come on everyone! request your favourite pokemon, send me a photo of your pet, show mw your fursona, whatever it is you crazy DA kids are into these days I'm drawing it, so spread the word!
